Bristol Townhomes

A tasteful, elegant collection of contemporary townhomes in Quarry Park, Calgary’s most exciting new south community, these 3 storey, 2 bedroom townhomes feature detailed exteriors and stylish modern finishing packages. The Bristol Townhomes are Birchwood’s final project in Quarry Park, with the last home sold in Autumn 2015.

Currie Barracks

As one of Canada’s most renowned urban redevelopments, Currie Barracks offers discerning homeowners everything they could want in a new, complete community. Birchwood’s single family homes sold out in 2014 and featured a long list of highly sought-after features including open concept floorplans, premium designer finishings, double or triple garages and fully developed basements.

City Life Homes

City Life Homes was sold out and completed in 2012. With over 60 new homes built in the well established NorthWest communities of Mount Pleasant, Capitol Hill and Banff Trail, CityLife became a highly sought after development. The homes boasted both Craftsman and Contemporary exteriors appealing to a wide range of buyers. Rich architectural style, extensive brick accents and charming front porches added to the overall curb appeal. Being only minutes to downtown and walking distance to some of Calgary's most established schools and parks, CityLife blended modern low-maintenance homes, with the distinction of living in an established neighbourhood.

Royal Oak Estates

Completed in 2011, Royal Oak Estates is a comprehensively designed, master-planned neighbourhood of 78 character homes. Access Cougar Ridge

Sold out in 2011, these 89 contemporary townhomes are all within easy access of downtown, Sunterra Market and the mountains. Located in the hilltop community of Cougar Ridge, this development added a perfect touch to the west end of an established and award-winning community.

Access Springside

Completed in 2003, Access Springside is a 78 unit stacked townhouse project located in Calgary's southwest. The project is comprised of two and three story buildings in three and six-plex configurations. The innovative floor plans offered affordable, entry-level living in Calgary's prestigious West End.

Coachman's Crossing

Coachman's Crossing is comprised of a 47 unit first phase and a 17 unit second phase in the estate community of Wentworth in Calgary's Southwest. Phase One was completed in 2005 and phase two was completed in 2006. The project consists of duplex's, tri-plex's and four-plex's with intricate craftsman detailing. The project appealed to the style-conscious urban professional.

Cougar Ridge

The project was completed in 2008 in this successful West-side community. These single family homes appealed to both first time home buyers as well as second time move-up and empty nesters. With its close proximity to downtown and popular Westside amenities there was something for everyone Cougar Ridge.

Jack & Jill Cranston

The Jack & Jill side-by-side homes were first introduced by Birchwood in the master planned community of Cranston in Calgary's southeast. The homes in Cranston appealed to the first time purchaser as well as retirees who were downsizing. These successful homes were also offered in Cougar Ridge and are currently sold out.

The Cabins of Pinecone Lane

The Cabins of Pinecone Lane is a 48 unit project that was constructed on the 8th fairway of the prestigious Springs at Radium Golf Course in Radium, B.C. The project featured an innovative offering single detached vacation homes that ranged in price from $175,000 to over $400,000.

The Homes at Springbank Hill

The Homes at Springbank Hill is a villas project with double attached garages. The project is located in the community of Springbank Hill and was targeted at the empty nester market. The project was completed in 2004.
